UPDATED: NEW CLASSES IN EARLSFIELD:
I am teaching small group pregnancy yoga classes in Earlsfield. They are being held at ProPhysiotherapy which is just minutes away from the train station.
Classes will run from 7pm-8pm and would work particularly well for those mothers-to-be still working full-time and in need of a relaxing break in the evening. You could hop off the train and be lying on a bolster within a few minutes!
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for anyone regardless of your prior experience of yoga. Alterations will be made to the most common yoga poses to accommodate changes to your body. Any specific requirements you might have will also be met. There will be an emphasis on breathing and relaxation techniques.
However, I will ensure you are moving as well. Pregnancy yoga should give you tools for relaxation but also help you feel strong and empowered for the entire pregnancy and birth.
Pregnancy classes can also be a wonderful way to meet other mothers-to-be and create a sense of community where you can share your experiences and potentially build long-lasting friendships.
